Civic Park
On the opposite end of Reynoldsburg, you’ll find Civic Park. It’s just shy of three miles from Traditions at Slate Ridge Apartments, and it’s another destination that borders Blacklick Creek. Civic Park is the 137-acre home to basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, a playground, and a 1.1 mile paved path ideal for walking, jogging, and cycling.
Olde Quarry Park
Continue up Reynoldsburg - New Albany Road and you’ll hit Olde Quarry Park, 4.4 miles north of Traditions at Slate Ridge. Somewhat of a hidden gem according to Google reviews, this park offers a quiet path along Blacklick Creek and a shady pond that’s perfect for fishing.
