Reynoldsburg-Truro Historical Society

Discover the rich history of the region by visiting the historical society on Jackson Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third Saturday of the month from January through November, or upon request for special events and private tours. The historical society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded by its members, so they do welcome donations! 

Disc Golf

According to Udisc, Reynoldsburg and the surrounding area contain 89 disc golf courses. Many of the disc golf courses around Reynoldsburg are built in public parks and are free to use, but check individual sites for information on fees or reservations. 

Livingston House Park

Located on Graham Road in Reynoldsburg, the Alexander W. Livingston House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is operated by the Livingston House Society. There is also a playground on the property and private tours of the house can be arranged by contacting the City of Reynoldsburg. Come back this summer for free concerts on the lawn! 

Columbus Metropolitan Library

From career counseling for adults to school help for teens and storytime for children, the Columbus Metro Library (CML) offers an array of free programs throughout the year. See the events calendar for more information and be on the lookout for the new CML Reynoldsburg branch! Construction is slated to begin this year. 

Short North Arts District

This vibrant arts district in downtown Columbus offers museums and galleries, but it also includes public art exhibits you can simply enjoy while you’re out for a stroll. Use the Short North Arts District Art Trail to explore the public art, galleries, and more.

The Topiary Garden

Sitting on seven acres in the downtown Discovery District of Columbus, The Topiary Garden is a tribute to the post-impressionist painting called “A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of LaGrande Jatte” by Georges Seurat. The garden was created in 1989 by Columbus artists James and Elaine Mason. It’s the only public park of its kind and makes a lovely spot for a stroll or a picnic lunch. 

16-Bit Bar

If you place an order, you game for free at the 16-Bit Bar in Columbus, which features more than 40 classic video games including Donkey Kong, Frogger, Q-Bert and Pac-Man.

Public Parks and Trails

Don’t forget all the terrific parks and trails at your disposal! Reynoldsburg is a lovely area with a fantastic variety of parks, playgrounds and trails suitable for all ages and abilities. Among the largest is the Blacklick Woods Metro Park, a 643-acre space featuring a nature center, nature preserve, trails, and picnic areas.
